The Personal Yeast Test Kit is modern just developed, made to be a mycologist in a bottle test kit. Our modern methods and protocols, coupled with Easygel ® chemical technology, makes it possible for you to test your blood, saliva and other body fluids easily and in the privacy of your own home. The growth of your personal samples will be able to be seen in 48-72 hours. You may then take photographs of your petri dishes and email the photos to fimlab@yahoo.com and we will let you know what we see in the petri dish. Yeast can offten be easily distingushed but not identified as to species, molds are easy to distinguish from yeast.

1. The clear bottle is diluent, and your sample should be put in the diluent and allowed to stand for 10 minutes. | |
| 2. using the pipette divide the diluent sample equally between the red and amber media. | ||
| 3. Remove the red saftey tape from the petri dish the lift the lid of the petri dish and pour the red media into the petri dish. Place the lid on the petri dish allow to stand for 20-30 minutes and retape with the red saftey tape. | ||
| 4. Remove the white saftey tape from the petri dish the lift the lid of the petri dish and pour the amber media into the petri dish. Place the lid on the petri dish allow to stand for 20-30 minutes and retape with the white saftey tape. | ||
| 5. Place both taped petri dishes in the incubator box close the box and let stand for 48 hours. | ||

6. After 48 hours you will see growth in the petri dish and you can refold the incubator box to make a photo stand so you can take pictures and sent them to us. If you do not see any growth in the perti dishes the be happy. It is not unusual to have no organisms recoverd. | |

| This is a blood sample of mine and it seems to have recovered very little Yeast and no Moulds as yet. | ||

| The basics blood, saliva, skin, open sores et al. | ||
| Step 1. drop sample into the bottle of Easygel ® diluent. Seal the bottle tightly and shake vigorously for one minute allow to sit for 1 hour. | ||
| Step 2. Now pour equal amounts of Diluent into each of the 2 bottles of different colored Easygel ® . Shake the bottle for 30 seconds, allow to stand for 20 minutes. | ||
| Step 3. After 20 minutes pour the same color Easygel ® into the petri dish with the matching color tape. Allow the dish to stand for 20-30 minutes and retape the petri dish, allow to incubate at room temperature in the incubator box. | ||
| Step 4. Compare the growth in your petri dishes to samples in this web site. You can refold the incubator box to make a photo stand take photos of the petri dishes and email fimlab@yahoo.com. | ||
